My interest in photography started quite a while ago, when I had a small Dark Room and my Photographic interest was black and white. When Digital was born, that is when I really got into Photography. Continuing with Black and White and starting to do Colour. I also joined my first Camera Club that was Rolls Royce P.S. and started learning how to become a Photographer, entering Club Competitions. I won the Novice yearly competition, then moved to the Advanced section. It took a bit of time but eventually I won the Colour Print Photographer of the Year for 2018 and was runner up in the Mono Print Photographer of the year 2018. I also gained my BPE1* which involves having 25 images accepted into National Competitions. I also won Print Photographer of the Year for 2015 at Derby City CC and runner up in the Annual PDI for 2015. I have gained Acceptances and Commendations in our Regional Federation (N&EMPF) Competitions.

My accepted image in the PAGB MASTER of PRINT 2018
This is a National Competition which attracts thousands of entries, but only 60 images are accepted. Which are then displayed in the Burt Gallery, on London's South Bank for two weeks, then in other locations around the UK. A book of the images is signed by the 60 individual Authors, next to their own image, which is then archived by the PAGB.
